A rare and unmissable finale before the summer break—by popular demand, we proudly recreate the legendary 2016 tasting. Join us for A Study in Sherry, an extraordinary exploration of cask influence through the exceptionally limited Tomatin Quatro Series—four remarkable single malts, each restricted to just 2,000 bottles, and each matured for four years in a distinct style of sherry cask: Fino, Manzanilla, Oloroso, and Pedro Ximénez. This is a masterclass in nuance and transformation, where the delicate spirit of Tomatin is shaped by the world’s most expressive fortified wines. To set the stage, we begin with Tomatin Dùlchas, matured in ex-bourbon and virgin oak, before progressing through the series—each dram accompanied by a tasting of its respective sherry, offering a deeper, more intimate understanding of the profound influence these casks impart. A truly special evening for the curious and the connoisseur alike.
